Tightening of Au-Pair Immigration Program turned back
Two of the proposed adjustments to the Au-Pair Immigration Program are turned back. The maximum amount of hours an au-pair is allowed to work per week in the host family stays 30 hours, and a language course will not become compulsory. The other amendsments will enter into force 1 July 2015. Labour Inspection and Immigration Service will intensify control. Non complaince will result in fines imposed to the host family.
