Residence permit for high net worth individual delayed
High net worth individuals can not yet apply for a residence permit in the Netherlands. The implementation was planned 1 June 2013, under the new Alien Act (Momi), but is postponed. Foreigners having more than EUR 1,25 million are considered high net worth individuals for the Dutch Alien Act.
