IND: restitution fee
The IND government fee charged for a permanent residence permit is reduced from EUR 401 to EUR 130. The reduced fee will be retroactively applied from 26 April 2012. The IND has identified the foreigners who paid the EUR 401 and are eligible for a restitution. The IND will restitute the government fee the coming two weeks.
