Highly Skilled Migrant: Labour market notification at MVV visa
Highly skilled migrants who need an MVV visa to enter the Netherlands, will receive at the Dutch embassies an MVV visa which will also state that they are allowed to work as soon as they have entered the Netherlands. Through this change highly skilled migrants will no longer first need to make an appointment with the IND in the Netherlands before they are allowed to start working.
